DESCRIPTION: \nCMEs\nThis program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 8 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel. The total number of approved credits is yet to be determined. \nHOTEL RESERVATIONS\nThe conference will be held at the beautiful Carefree Resort  & Conference Center in Carefree\, Arizona.\nSleeping rooms may be reserved for as low as $169.00/night plus additional fees.\nYou can book your room by calling the resort directly at 480-488-5300 and be sure to ask for the ASAPA room block\,\nor you may book on line at www.carefree-resort.com where the fee is already set.\nDeadline to receive the group rate is 5:00pm  September 7\, 2017. \n   \nCONFERENCE REGISTRATION \nRegistration fees increase $25 on 10/1/17. \n\n\n\nASAPA Member\n$190\n\n\nNon Member\n$250\n\n\nStudent & Pre-PA Members\n$15\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellations must be received by 10/1/17 to receive a refund.
