SUMMARY:NCAPA 41st Annual Summer Conference
DESCRIPTION: \n\nJoin NCAPA for CME at the beach!\n\nNo one does it better!  Sessions start early and they end early so you can get out there and enjoy Myrtle Beach! Even better\, the general sessions of the NCAPA 41st Annual Summer Conference will be broadcast to the entire Kingston Plantation via closed circuit TV so you can watch from your room! Each afternoon the general sessions conclude by 3:30 pm and there is a tournament or activity planned for every day! \n  \n***ACCREDITATION***\nPhysician Assistants: This program has been reviewed and is approved for 29 AAPA Category 1 CME credits for the general sessions and 46 AAPA CME Category 1 CME credits for the workshops by the AAPA Review Panel.  PAs should claim only those credits actually spent participating in the CME activity. \n  \n*** BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND***\nAll attendees will receive a flash drive with an electronic copy of the presentations at the conference. Attendees have the option of registering in advance to purchase printed handouts in a binder as well. \n  \n***WORKSHOPS***\nWorkshops all have separate registration fees and descriptions are available in the agenda.  Each attendee of a workshop will receive a separate CME certificate emailed upon completion of the workshop. \nPharmacology Workshop-New for 2017!\nEKG Boot Camp\nMusculoskeletal Exam\nJoint Injections\nDermatology\nSuturing Techniques\nBCLS\, PALS\, & ACLS \nRegistration will be limited in all workshops\, so register early & don’t miss out! \n***EXAM MASTER ONLINE ***\nNCAPA is offering access to Exam Master PANCE and PANRE online certification review.  We have partnered with Exam Master and are able to offer a 3 month access to Exam Master at a significant discount.  Exam Master offers 2700 questions with feedback and 4 PA practice exams.  Exam Master gives you the ability to take these exams in test or study mode\, timed or untimed.  There is also the ability to create flash cards.  This is a great way to prepare for the PANCE or PANRE.\n\n***ACTIVITIES ***\nWhile you are here earning your continuing education you might as well have a little fun\, too! NCAPA offers a number of activities after the general sessions each day for you and the whole family. Monday afternoon features the 5K Fun Run and the Kids Run\, both on the beach. The NCAPA Horseshoe Tournament and Sand Sculpting Contest are both on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday’s activity is the NCAPA Beach Volleyball Tournament. There is a  Corn Hole Tournament on the beach on Thursday afternoon.  The activities are a great way to involve the whole family! You can register onsite to participate in any of these daily activities\, free of charge. Spectators line the beach to watch these activities\, so bring your beach towel and sunscreen and be ready to have a good time and meet new friends!\n***HOTEL INFORMATION***\nThe NCAPA has reserved a block of rooms at the Kingston Plantation including standard hotel rooms\, villas\, townhomes\, 1-\, 2-\, and 3-bedroom condos.\nThe reduced conference rate is good for the nights of the conference and three days before and after the conference while rooms last\, or before the cut-off date of July 19\, 2017. To receive the reduced rates\, use the group code NCA. The rooms at the Embassy Suites and the larger condos sell first\, but all rooms go quickly.
