This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 8 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel. The total number of approved credits is yet to be determined.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The conference will be held at the beautiful Carefree Resort  & Conference Center in Carefree, Arizona.
Sleeping rooms may be reserved for as low as $169.00/night plus additional fees.
You can book your room by calling the resort directly at 480-488-5300 and be sure to ask for the ASAPA room block,
or you may book on line at www.carefree-resort.com where the fee is already set.
Deadline to receive the group rate is 5:00pm  September 7, 2017.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration fees increase $25 on 10/1/17.

Cancellations must be received by 10/1/17 to receive a refund. A $25 administration fee will be retained.

Name, organization and email address will be shared with the vendors.
